XLRI – Xavier School of Management, formerly Xavier Labour Relations Institute, is a private business school run by the Society of Jesus in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. It was established in 1949 by a few visionary Jesuit Fathers to bring a change in the economy and society at large. It is one of the eminent b-schools of India. It catalyses the development of future leaders by giving them the perfect industry relevant infrastructure to thrive. It has accreditations from AACSB, AMBA and NBA.
