Master of Arts in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates should have successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree of minimum of 3 or 4 years duration or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. 2. At the time of applying candidates studying in 3-year degree programmes should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 4th semesters and candidates studying in 4-year degree programmes should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 6th semester. 3. Until a candidate submits their degree certificate and final mark/grade sheet as evidence of having successfully completed the eligibility criteria by the given date, the admission offered will remain provisional

Master of Arts in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates should have successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree of minimum of 3 or 4 years duration or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. 2. At the time of applying candidates studying in 3-year degree programmes should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 4th semesters and candidates studying in 4-year degree programmes should have passed in all the subjects for the 1st to 6th semester. 3. Until a candidate submits their degree certificate and final mark/grade sheet as evidence of having successfully completed the eligibility criteria by the given date, the admission offered will remain provisional 4. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years (24 months) of full-time work experience after completing the graduation (as on May 1, 2025). After selection in the programme the candidate must produce : (i) Authentic work experience certificate (ii)Pay slips, appointment letters, and relieving letters from the organisation (iii) Statements of current (business) accounts, Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration of the firm, and company registration certificate (for candidates having experience in Entrepreneurship or working in a Family Business. 5. The institute reserves the right to access the suitability of the candidate’s work experience for this course.
