MBA in IT Management - 2 yrs
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).
Selection Process
1. Short-listed Applicants based on SNAP scores will be called for the selection process at SCIT, Pune. Short listed candidates are announced on SCIT website as per the scheduled dates.
2. Shortlisted candidates must fill the Application Form and book the slot for GE-PI. Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not called for GE-PI. The entire process will be online.
3. This process includes Group Exercise, Personal Interview (GE-PI). The final merit score will have the following weightage: SNAP Score=50, GE=10, PI=40. (Personal Interview score will also include Academic Consistency (marks at 10th, 12th & Graduation level each), Under Graduation degree, Experience and Extra Curricular Achievement.)
Admission Process
A candidate aspiring to join an MBA programme offered by any Institute of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) [SIU] has to appear for the common, mandatory Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Computer Based Test (CBT) which will be conducted at Test Centres. The candidate needs to:
a) Register for SNAP Test,
b) Pay the registration fee for SNAP Test,
c) Register for her/his choice of programme(s) offered by various Institutes of SIU,
d) Pay the registration fee, separately for each programme. If shortlisted for a programme applied to, the candidate would then need to participate in the further admission process (GE-PI) of that particular programme.
The registration process (including the payment of the registration fee) for SNAP and Institutes is integrated. A candidate can complete the SNAP as well as programme registration and payment on the same portal (snaptest. org).
MBA in Data Science and Data Analytics - 2 yrs
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance and with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes. Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination. A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
