Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) - 1 yr

Eligibility Criteria

1. A Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with at least 50% in graduation,greater than 60% in 10th & 12th Standard Examinations 2. Minimum 2 years of Prior Work Experience is required. 3. Valid CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT/SNAP accepted. These exam scores are acceptable for admissions to the 1 Year PGPM Program. These scores are not mandatory, however, they add extra weight to the application

Selection Process

The GEPI process evaluates candidates’ leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through group exercises and personal interviews. 1. Group Exercise: The group exercise challenges candidates to tackle real-world problems using Design Thinking principles and methodologies. 2. SOIL Leadership Assessment: This is a psychometric assessment that helps us understand your leadership dimensions and personality traits. The test requires no prior preparation from the candidate’s side and will identify the following attributes: Leadership Potential, Managing relationships, Reasoning and ideation, Networking Potential, and Self-Leadership Potential. 3. Personal Interview: Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. Interviews last about 45 minutes and you will be asked questions about your background, your aspirations, and how the PGPM program fits with your plans. 4. Take SOIL Aptitude Test (SAT) (If applicable) The SOIL Aptitude Test (SAT) is a mandatory assessment for applicants who haven’t submitted other recognized entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, NMAT, etc.). Duration of the test is 60 minutes.The test is designed to assess aptitude without extensive preparation.Test results are required to complete the admission process.The exam can be taken before or after the GEPI process but must be completed for admission consideration. 5. The test will evaluate students in the following areas: Aptitude AssessmentData InterpretationVerbal AbilityCritical Thinking. Admission Decision Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview. After your interview, there are three possible outcomes: 1. You are made an offer to join the program. 2. You are asked to appear for a personal interview for the second time. 3. You are not successful at securing a place this year. Once you are made an offer to join the PGPM program, you will be required to secure your place by paying the first installment of the course fee.

Post Graduate Program in Management – Human Resources (PGPM – HR) - 1 yr

Eligibility Criteria

1. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. We follow a profile based admissions process. We follow a profile-based admissions process. Exam scores are mandatory. 2. CAT 2023/24, XAT 2024/25, GMAT taken after 2021, MAT & CMAT, NMAT 2023 onwards, or the SOIL Entrance Test (SET). 3. If you do not have any of these scores, you will be required to take the SET.

You will be required to provide the admissions committee with the following: 1. Take SOIL Entrance Test (SET) (If applicable) The SOIL Entrance Test is a mandatory assessment for applicants who haven't submitted other recognized entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, NMAT, etc.). While also open to those with existing scores looking to improve their admission chances, this test is crucial for completing the SOIL admissions process. Duration of the test is 60 minutes. The test is designed to assess aptitude without extensive preparation. Test results are required to complete the admission process. The exam can be taken before or after the GEPI process but must be completed for admission consideration. The test will evaluate students in the following areas: Aptitude Assessment Data Interpretation Verbal Ability Critical Thinking 4. Final Decision & Registration Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Business Design & Innovation - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks in any discipline from a recognized university in india or abroad (recognized by the ugc/association of indian universities). the degree should consist of at least three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2 system). 2. Cat scores of the year 2024, xat scores of the year 2025, gmat scores taken after 1st january 2023, mat scores of the year 2024/2025, nmat scores of the year 2024-2025, or cmat scores of the year 2025. 3. Work ex: freshers and candidates candidates with work experience of less than 36 months by 31st may 2025
