SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS), based in Mumbai, offers all students a summer internship program with the goal of providing students with valuable industry exposure and genuinely experiential learning in various sectors. In the year 2024, the highest monthly stipend was ₹50,000 while the average stipend was a healthy ₹23,000, reflecting the trust that corporates have in the talent of the institute. Students were able to secure the internships within leading corporates that included a spectrum of industry strata such as Finance, Consulting, FMCG, Healthcare, IT, and Manufacturing; thereby building strong foundations for their future careers. The internship experience would help the students in terms of not only gain exposure to practical elements of business for their future careers but also a launching pad for utilising pre-placement offers or providing different career pathways.
