Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management Shillong (RGIIM) provides thoughtfully designed management programs that seek to develop socially responsible business leaders. The Post Graduate Program (PGP) is the flagship course with 383 seats offered as a two-year fulltime residential program, accepting graduates with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/DA) and a valid CAT or GMAT score. The one-year fulltime Post Graduate Programme for Executives (PGPEx) offers a higher intensity of study and offers an integrated experience to candidates with five years of work-experience, and a valid CAT or GMAT score. The length of the course allows mid career professionals to accelerate their exponential learning immersed in the dynamic RGIIM academic environment. The two-year hybrid Post Graduate Program allows working executives to integrate online and in person learning education, thereby providing an opportunity for a working professional with three years of work experience to complete their management education, while balancing the commitments of a career.
