Post Graduate Diploma In Management (PGDM) - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII. 2. Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 3 years duration for PGDM, PGDM-HRM & PGDM-Business Analytics (Minimum 4 years duration for PGDM-IB), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/ Ministry of HRD, Government of India1. 3. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June, 2025 can also apply to the PGDM, PGDM-HRM and PGDM-Business Analytics programmes, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 31st October, 2025. 4. Applicants to the PGDM-IB programme must possess a minimum of 1 year (one year) work experience as on 31st January 2025, after completion of a minimum 4 years Bachelor’s degree for the programme. The candidates with 3 years’ bachelor degree are NOT ELIGIBLE for PGDM-IB Programme.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Written Analysis Test, and Personal Interviews between February and April of that year at a center in one of the following cities: Bangalore, Gurugram, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. Centers other than Gurugram are tentative.

The final selection of the candidates will be based on weightages of CAT scores, WAT-GD-PI, Academic merit, Academic diversity, Work experience, and social diversity etc.

PGDM (Online) Programme - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must have at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both Std. X and XII. 2. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/ Ministry of HRD, Government of India. 3. In addition to the above requirements candidates applying to PGDM (Online) must have a minimum of 2 year's full time work experience as on 30 June of that year after completing the Bachelor’s degree. Internships and apprenticeships will not be counted. 4. Proficiency in English language

Admission Process

The candidates will be shortlisted based on overall merit. The candidates will be evaluated on Academic Performance, Quality and Quantity of work experience, Performance in interview, and other evaluation matrices. The offers will be made on a merit basis.

Post Graduate Diploma In Management – Business Management (PGDM – BM) - 1.5 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Applicants must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII. 2. The Applicants must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of the Parliament or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 or possess and equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. 3. A minimum of 3-year of post-qualification executive work experience as on 31st March of that year. 4. Only paid and full-time work experience required, acquired after completing the Bachelor's Degree. Apprenticeship, Articleship, Internship etc. which form an integral plan of a course of study should not be treated as work experience.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting of Applicants for the selection process will be done on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their CAT or GMAT or XAT scores. The Applicants would be shortlisted on the basis of their GMAT/CAT/XAT scores will be called for Personal Interview on Sunday, April 13, of that year (Tentatively) for Phase 1 and on Sunday, May 18, of that year (tentatively) for phase 2. Shortlisted Applicants will be called for Personal Interview in online mode.

Post Graduate Diploma In Management – Public Policy And Management (PGDM – PPM) - 1.5 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1.The programme is open to officers of All India Services, Central Services (organized & non-organized, technical & non-technical), faculty members of State Administrative Training Institutes and also officers of the State Civil Services (SCS)/Non-State Civil Services (NonSCS) subject to : (i). Length of service- Officers should have completed 5 years of Group 'A' service as on commencement of the programme. (ii). Age- The officers should have at least five years remaining service after completion of the programme. (iii). Earlier Training- The officers should not have undergone a training Programme of 12-weeks or more duration in India during a period of 5 years preceding the date of commencement of this Programme. Further, the officer should not have undergone a Programme of training abroad of more than 2-weeks in preceding 2-years, more than one month in preceding 3-years or more than six months in the preceding 5-years. For self sponsored applicants: 1. The applicants must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII 2. Shortlisted Applicants will be called for the Personal Interview in August 2024 at MDI Gurgaon campus.
