Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. A bachelor’s or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline, including Engineering, Humanities, Commerce, Economics, Medicine or any other branch of education, from a recognized university in India or abroad (recognized by the UGC / Association of Indian Universities). 2. The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification of the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education, post higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent.

Selection Process

Candidates who apply online for the admission into PGDM and/or PGDM (HRM) and/or PGDM (B&FS) will be shortlisted on the basis of 1. CAT/XAT or GMAT score 2. Academic Record 3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the final stage of the selection process - Individual Assessment 4. Process (Essay Writing and Personal Interview etc.). Individual Assessment Process will be held in January/February 2025 (tentative). 5. Past academic records, performance in the individual assessment process along with other qualitative parameters, like quality of work experience and extra-curricular activities constitute the core components of the selection process. 6. The IMI New Delhi Admissions Committee reserves the right to modify these components while communicating these to the applicants at the Individual Assessment stage. Applicants should note that mere fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria may not ensure consideration for shortlisting by IMI New Delhi. IMI New Delhi will not entertain any correspondence on this subject and decisions of the IMI New Delhi Admissions Committee will be final in all matters.

Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Managemen (PGDM HRM) - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) for Experienced Professionals - 1.5 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. For Indian Nationals (i). A bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in the course OR A bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline as recognized by their respective resident countries appropriate agencies with minimum 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in the course (i). As on May 31, 2024, minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as an executive or a self-employed professional (iii). Valid CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT score 2. For Foreign Nationals (i). A bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline as recognized by their respective countries appropriate agencies with minimum 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in the course (ii). As on May 31, 2024, minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience as an executive or a self-employed professional (iii). Valid GMAT Score

Selection Process

1. Candidates sponsored by a PSU or Corporate House will be shortlisted on the basis of information provided in the application form and the recommendation of the sponsoring organization. 2. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of information provided in the application form, CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT score or IMI Test score, educational background, marks in 10th, 12th, graduation & work experience. 3. Based on the above short listing, applicants will be called for a Personal Interview to assess their suitability for the Program. Experience certificate, certified copy of CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT scorecard and Sponsorship letter (if applicable) would be required to be submitted, at the time of interview, where applicable.

Admission Process

1. Admission offers will be made based on the assessment carried out during the selection process. In the case of all self-sponsored candidates, provisional offer letters would be dispatched to their respective communication addresses as well as by email. IMI reserves the right to withdraw its provisional offer if a candidate does not meet the deadline for payment of fee. 2. In the case of candidates sponsored by their employers, we would notify the admission offer directly to the latter. Sponsoring organizations would have to confirm in writing within 15 days of receipt of offer the names of those employees/associates who would joining the program. 3. The admission offer would be based on the information/details provided by the concerned candidate in his/her application and at the time of his/her interview. Candidates would be required to provide necessary original documents in respect of their educational qualifications as well as employment experience both at the time of the personal interview as well as on the date of joining the program.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Online - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/ Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Admission Process

1. Application Form: Register by filling in the online application form providing basic details and submitting documents 2. Virtual Interview: Participants will go through a virtual interview with a panel from IMI New Delhi for the IMI online PGDM course. 3. Join the Programme: Upon selection, the candidate will receive a letter of confirmation via email for joining the upcoming cohort.
