The flagship Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM), IIM Trichy's core program, offers 346 seats each year, candidates are shortlisted based on their CAT scores. As a two-year, full-time program with an intensive management and business curriculum, students build their business knowledge and all functional area skills, as well as a real-world career understanding through the day to-day grind of management and collaborative learning experiences. Should candidates wish to specialize and tailor their management training in people management, IIM Trichy's PGPM Human Resource is a specialized program offering 50 seats and focused approaches to managing people. The core curriculum and program duration are identical to the PGPM program to allow specialisation in the specific area of career. They both offer a rich campus-learning experience, immersing themselves in people-to-people learning and the as faculties educate students, they will engage in peer learning, collaborate on leadership activities, and become immersed in campus life. IIM Trichy's experiential learning approach involves case studies, live projects, and corporate engagement.
