Master of Business Administration (MBA) - 2 yrs
Eligibility Criteria
1. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent [CGPA 45% in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories]
Selection Process
1. General=95 (VRC=75, DILR=75, QA=75), EWS=81 (VRC=55, DILR=55, QA=55), NC-OBC=81 (VRC=52, DILR=52, QA=52), SC=66 (VRC=45, DILR=45, QA=45), ST=42 (VRC=25, DILR=25, QA=30), DAP=42 (VRC=25, DILR=25, QA=30). It should be noted that every eligible candidate as per the cutoffs above may not find a place in the shortlist.The above cut-off percentile figures are just indicative.
2. The shortlisted candidates of all the participating IIMs will be merged to make a combined shortlist for further processing. After the completion of the PI process, admission offers for IIM Ranchi would be made based on a Consolidated Merit List (CML), which will be prepared based on the following components and their corresponding weights: CAT Component Weightage = 65%, Profile Score = 20%, PI + WAT = 15%, Total = 100%. Additional 5 marks will be awarded to all female & transgender candidates across all programs.

2. Initial Shortlisting for PI Process An initial shortlist shall be prepared comprising of candidates who will be eligible for the PI process for admission to the MBA/MBA-BA/MBA-HR 2026-28 Batch of IIM Ranchi. This list will be purely based on CAT performance.
3. PI Process: PI process would be conducted physically and information about the same will be shared in due course of time. The exact dates for the same would be communicated to shortlisted candidates in due course
MBA Human Resource (HR) - 2 yrs
Eligibility Criteria

1. A full time undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in engineering/technology/architecture/science/computer applications

Executive MBA - 2 yrs
Eligibility Criteria
1.Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university / institution with minimum 50% marks. Minimum three years of fulltime work experience at the time of application.
