Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP – LSM ) - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must secure at least 60 percent aggregate marks in their Graduation/PostGraduation Degree. The Graduation degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail at least three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent. 2. Candidates who possess or do not possess a Graduation degree but have completed CA, CMA (ICWA), or CS must have secured at least 50 percent aggregate marks in their CA, CMA (ICWA), or CS examinations. 3. Candidates must possess a valid score in CAT/GRE/GMAT, taken between January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (both days inclusive). (i) Candidates who are applying using the CAT score must obtain a positive (greater than zero) scaled score in all sections of CAT 2025. Selection Process

1. All candidates who fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to register online for the PGP-LSM programme of IIM Kozhikode. Only those candidates who have successfully completed the online registration process for the IIM Kozhikode PGP-LSM programme are considered for Stage 2. 2. A shortlist of candidates in each reservation category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the performance in aptitude test (CAT/GMAT/GRE)*, academic performance, work experience, academic diversity score and gender diversity score. 3. The short-listed candidates would be asked to appear for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). After the conclusion of the PI and WAT process, a category-wise merit list would be prepared based on the candidates' AIS score of stage 2, performance in PI and WAT. Admission offers would be made to the candidates following the merit list as per the Government of India reservation norms.

Post Graduate Programme in Business Leadership (PGP – BL) - 1 yr

Eligibility Criteria

1. Minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation (any discipline), Post Graduation (any discipline), CA/CMA (ICWA)/CS, Minimum 3 Years work experience* after completion of graduation, GMAT/GRE/CAT

1. The following minimum eligibility criteria will be applied to all candidates.Only full time remunerative work experience after graduation will be considered. Part time/Project/Internship/Articleship/Pre-Graduation will not be considered as work experience. #As eligibility score, candidates are permitted to choose CAT/GRE/GMAT (Previous 3 years). MBA for Working Executives (IL – Kozhikode) - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. 2. In the case of an absence of a duly recognised bachelor's degree, applicant with a minimum 50% aggregate in CA/ICWA/CS can apply for the programme. 3. The degree obtained from a foreign University subject to producing the equivalency certificate from AIU (Association of Indian Universities) or any Government of India approved assessment agency, or an Indian University approved by UGC along with the proof of aggregate percentage of marks obtained in the programme completed. 4. 3 Years of managerial/entrepreneurial/professional experience after successful completion of graduation as on the deadline of submitting the application online. (i) Work experience before completion of graduation will not be considered for eligibility. (ii) An experience certificate issued by the current employer dated after the online application submission date is necessary in the case of applicants who have exactly 3 years work experience while applying for the programme. IIMK adopts a 3-stage selection process: 1. Shortlisting of applicants based on eligibility criteria The applicants are shortlisted to the selection process based on the information provided in the online application form and supporting documents uploaded. The applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for the stage 2. 2. EMAT** & Personal Interview Stage 2 of the selection process comprises an Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT), followed by a personal interview. Admission to the programme is based on the score obtained in the EMAT and Interview. The test and interview will be conducted online and the details will be communicated to the shortlisted applicants after the registration closure date. In lieu of EMAT score, applicants are permitted to choose CAT/GRE/GMAT score not older than 3 years as on date of EMAT test A. EMAT (Executive Management Aptitude Test) The EMAT would assess the basic logical, numerical, and verbal ability of applicants, necessary for successful completion of the programme. 3.The objective of the screening test is to filter the entry of applicants to the Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) in Management offered by IIMK, in order to ensure the required standards by assessing the capabilities of the applicants in an objective manner.
