Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode

1. All candidates who fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to register online for the PGP-LSM programme of IIM Kozhikode. Only those candidates who have successfully completed the online registration process for the IIM Kozhikode PGP-LSM programme are considered for Stage 2. 2. A shortlist of candidates in each reservation category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the performance in aptitude test (CAT/GMAT/GRE)*, academic performance, work experience, academic diversity score and gender diversity score. 3. The short-listed candidates would be asked to appear for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT). After the conclusion of the PI and WAT process, a category-wise merit list would be prepared based on the candidates' AIS score of stage 2, performance in PI and WAT. Admission offers would be made to the candidates following the merit list as per the Government of India reservation norms.

1. The following minimum eligibility criteria will be applied to all candidates.Only full time remunerative work experience after graduation will be considered. Part time/Project/Internship/Articleship/Pre-Graduation will not be considered as work experience. #As eligibility score, candidates are permitted to choose CAT/GRE/GMAT (Previous 3 years). IIMK accepts GMAT Focus edition scores also for admission to the IIMK PGP-BL programme, while GRE/GMAT/ home test scores are not accepted for admission. The cut-off date for work experience for all three cycles of PGP-BL 06 batch admissions is march 31, 2025. 2. The next process applies to all eligible candidates who have successfully completed the registration process in Stage 1.Personal Statement: Statement of Goals: IIM Kozhikode’s PGP-BL Programme has an individual element and a collective learning element. Knowing the candidate’s personal aspirations, both long-term and short-term, will help the Institute to understand the candidate’s career objectives, start a conversation and contribute to our design of the learning experience Tabs under statement of goals are as follows- i)Short term goal: Desired Company, Desired role, Desired Industry. ii)Long-term goal: Desired Company, Desired role, Desired Industry. Alternative Resume Essay: The details in the PGP-BL application provide a good idea of the candidate’s academic, professional background and accomplishments, their self-assessment and expectations from the programme. Stage 3. Shortlist to the Personal Interaction (PI).

Stage 2 process applies to all eligible candidates who have completed the registration process in Stage 1 for admission to IIMK, and it is for the determination of the candidates to be called for personal interview (PI). A shortlist of candidates in each category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The weightage of each component in the AIS is as follows: CAT 2025 Index Score = 50, Class X Percentage Score = 15, Class XII Percentage Score = 20, Gender Diversity/Academic Diversity Score = 10 / 5, Work Experience Score = 5. 3. Final Shortlist- The short-listed candidates must appear for a Written Ability Test (WAT) followed by a Personal Interview (PI). After the WAT and PI process concludes, the final scores will be computed. A category-wise merit list will be prepared based on the final scores whose components are as follows: CAT 2025 Index Score = 35, PI Score = 35, WAT Score = 20, Resume Score = 10.

Final Shortlist, The short-listed candidates must appear for a Written Ability Test (WAT) followed by a Personal Interview (PI). After the WAT and PI process concludes, the final scores will be computed, A category-wise merit list will be prepared based on the final scores whose components are as follows: PI Score = 35, WAT Score = 10, Scaled Sectional Score for the Quantitative Section of the Eligibility Exam = 15, Scaled Sectional Score for DI Section of the Eligibility Exam = 15, Work Experience Score = 10, PGP-Finance Suitability Score = 15.

Selection Process: IIMK DMAT (Diploma Aptitude Test) and Interview

IIMK adopts a 3-stage selection process: 1. Shortlisting of applicants based on eligibility criteria The applicants are shortlisted to the selection process based on the information provided in the online application form and supporting documents uploaded. The applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for the stage 2. 2. EMAT** & Personal Interview Stage 2 of the selection process comprises an Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT), followed by a personal interview. Admission to the programme is based on the score obtained in the EMAT and Interview. The test and interview will be conducted online and the details will be communicated to the shortlisted applicants after the registration closure date. In lieu of EMAT score, applicants are permitted to choose CAT/GRE/GMAT score not older than 3 years as on date of EMAT test A. EMAT (Executive Management Aptitude Test) The EMAT would assess the basic logical, numerical, and verbal ability of applicants, necessary for successful completion of the programme. 3.The objective of the screening test is to filter the entry of applicants to the Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) in Management offered by IIMK, in order to ensure the required standards by assessing the capabilities of the applicants in an objective manner. The test will be designed and evaluated by IIMK. The test will be of one-hour duration consisting of 40 questions

The selection of candidates to the programme will be based on an all-round assessment, that includes several important aspects such as educational qualification and academic performance till date, quality of work experience, statement of purpose, and performance in the entrance test/personal interview.
