They also offer an one-year Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) for experienced professionals, which is also residential and full-time, for candidates who have at least five years experience. They accept GMAT/GRE/CAT exam scores to qualify students. With an accelerated time frame, the program is ideal for mid-career professionals who want to advance quickly! For those with a specialization in people management, IIM Indore offers a Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM). This two-year residential program offers similar course structure to the PGP, providing participants with an opportunity to develop their HR skillset and network with other experts. The PGP-HRM program is smaller with only 39 participants, while maintaining the same academic rigor as the other PGP programs. Each of the postgraduate programs at IIM Indore, combine both theory-based and practice-based learning experiences.
