The Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIM Amritsar) offers several management courses to groom well-balanced leaders for business endeavor. The two-year residential MBA program is the flagship course with 240 seats available to graduate students with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD) and a valid CAT score. IIM Amritsar offers specialized MBA programs on Business Analytics (90 seats) and Human Resources (60 seats) with the same academic rigor and eligibility. The hybrid Executive MBA offers working managers and professionals flexibility within its blended learning model. All candidates are required to have completed three years of continuous work experience and can apply with their CAT, GMAT, GRE, and/or GATE results. The Executive MBA allows working professionals to fulfill their professional obligations whilst expanding their capabilities in management. All the courses provide experiential learning through case study analysis, industry projects, institutional study tours, and leadership development activities. The residential courses create a vibrant campus community, while the hybrid executive program incorporates informal in-person learning on campus.
