Department of Management Studies (DOMS), IITRoorkee

The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at IIT Roorkee offers management programs that incorporate technical interests and business interests. The two-year MBA program has 95 full-time seats, and students who possess a Bachelor's degree and have secured at least 60% or above and have a valid CAT score can apply. While going through the entire programme, students have the choice of taking residential facilities while receiving a comprehensive business education that draws from the engineering foundation and excellence of IIT Roorkee. The Executive program of two years, which is hybrid, requires all aspirants to have four years of full-time experience or more. There is no eligibility criterion based on profession or industry. The two-year program is blended in format and the candidate must have at least 65% in graduation. The institution accepts test scores of CAT/GMAT/XAT. The Executive MBA is focused on working executives, so they don't have to leave their workplace and gain advancement in their careers while engaging in the Executive MBA. Both programs provide a service focus on the role of analytical decision-making and managing technology - a route for leaders that will lead in organizations that will be driven toward innovation. The programs teach students using case studies, industry projects, and leadership development activities.
