MBA Finance - 2 yrs

Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduate (under 10+2+3) in any discipline with at least 50% marks, from the University of Delhi or any other University recognised as equivalent thereto, with Mathematics/Business Mathematics at Class XII level. 2. Students appearing in the final year of the Bachelor’s Degree examination can also apply. However, they should meet the above-mentioned eligibility requirements latest by mid-September of the new session or a date as will be specified by the University of Delhi in this regard.

Selection Process

1. The selection of candidates would be based on the CAT (Common Admission Test, conducted by the IIMs) and candidates' educational backgrounds. 2. Final selection will be based on CAT Scores, Marks scored in PI, Marks Scored in Class X and Class XII Examinations and Weightage to Graduate Degrees and to female candidates.

Admission Process

1. The shortlisted candidates shall be called for a Personal Interview (PI). If the PI at the University Campus is not possible owing to exogenous/unavoidable circumstances, then the PI would stand cancelled. In that case, the Final Merit List for admission to the MBA (BE) programme would be prepared on the basis of the weightage for final selection (below), wherein the weightage of PI would be taken as zero for all candidates. Further, a sectional cutoff will be applied only for the Unreserved category. 2. Overall and Sectional cutoffs in the CAT percentile results would be applied for shortlisting General Category candidates for PI. Shortlisting will be done based on candidates' CAT percentile and marks scored in Class X and Class XII Examinations. Female candidates will be given some extra weightage. 3. Candidates with the following undergraduate degrees will receive extra weightage: (i) B. Com. (Hons.) (ii) B. A./ B.Sc. (Hons.) (Economics) (iii) B. A. (Hons.) (Business Economics) (iv) BBS/ BMS (v) BFIA/ BBA(FIA)
